We are blessed with the task of being stewards of the time, talents and resources that have been given us. Although we have little control over much that pre-determines our immediate future, we do have control over how prepared we are in the event of an emergency. Hofmeister Research was conceived with this principle in mind.
In the event of an emergency or catastrophe, other than immediate health and safety concerns, power and communications is very high on the list of priorities. Especially in the event of a broad systems failure covering a significantly large area.
Since 2007, HofResearch has designed and developed mobile autonimous solar power "stations". Systems are designed for supplemental and back-up systems, off-grid living, and other situations requiring electrical power when the "grid" is either not available, or not desirable.
